Surya Namaskar

Surya namaskara is a series of twelve physical postures. These alternating backward and forward bending postures flex and stretch the spinal column through their maximum range giving a profound stretch to the whole body. Even Baba Ramdev suggested to do suryanamaskar.

Often, after a hard days work, we would just flop down on the couch * apparently * relaxing our bodies - but it is NOT so. The stagnant energies remain locked up and the organs remain de-oxygenated to a large extent.

Yes its true we can lose a weight form this, even kareena kapoor was doing this 108 times and 2000 kapalbhatis everyday to get the zero figure

I do regular suryanamaskar. It is more than weight loss when you do as Bhakti. Do it in front early morning Sun etc etc has more than weight loss value.
